We want you to love your yarn. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwound skeins in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure the yarn is in its original hank form (not wound into a ball) and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
